Week 5 of the Olympians season featured the series only 'Medals Bonus Points Challenge' to date, where in Olympic fashion, the highest scorer earned 5 golden bonus points, second highest scorer earned 4 silver points, and third highest earned 3 bronze points. Nathan and Peta's charismatic Paso Doble to "Eye Of The Tiger" earned him a tie for first place with 36 points, and he later earned 4 silver points after a judge's vote for who would be the winner.

To aggravate her more - she had to dance to one of her biggest hits. The pressure was on. But like the rest of the season, Cher exceeded expectations and earned a total of 37 points. She later went on to earn 9 points in a Jitterbug marathon. She would redo the dance in the finals, this time earning a perfect score.

It was time for the game's annual Immunity Challenge during Week 8 of Season 19. Whichever couple scored highest on their individual dance won immunity from elimination that week, and didn't have to participate in the dance-off. After all 7 contestants danced, Hilary's dazzling Waltz and Grant's hyperactive Quickstep tied for perfect scores. The judges awarded Hilary immunity based off of her season total thus far.

The judges were thrilled and blown away by the sensual dance, and Grant and Emma were shocked to receive the season's first perfect score. Perfection would be reached again that night as Hilary Duff earned a perfect score for a Salsa routine.

Kym was confident Tom's charisma would make for a great performance, and everyone was thrilled once he was revealed to be doing a Blues Brothers tribute. The dance went over spectacularly, and Hanks earned a 38/40, his highest score so far. Hanks would greatly improve that score later in the night after he won a Jitterbug marathon, earning 10 more points. Hanks also won the encore for the week, and redid the dance in the finals, earning a perfect score this time.

Niall and then partner Peta Murgatroyd were first to dance in Season 17's quarterfinals. While ballroom had been a hit and miss style for Horan to learn, Week 7's rock themed Tango proved to be a challenge for Niall to pull off. Niall worked on his body language and footwork over training, and it showed, as Horan and Murgatroyd were praised for the traditional Argentine dance. They earned a perfect 40/40 to start the night, but sadly were eliminated later, due to the previous week's scores.

The judges were very pleased with Hudson's timing and looseness, and awarded the team a 36/40, eventually giving Jennifer and Tristan the highest score of the week.

Come show time, Lovato had already earned a perfect score for her Rumba to Celine Dion classic. And after the traditional, feisty, and flaming hot performance, Lovato earned another 30, finishing the semi-finals with a perfect 60/60. It was no surprise that this performance catapulted Lovato into the finals.

The team utilized blue costumes and lighting to create a cool vibe and the dance amazed the judges - giving Paul a 39/40, his highest score of the season thus far.

They earned a 28/30 for that, and later lead Team 1999 to the same score. Puth redid the dance in the finale, earning a perfect score this time.

Performing to a hit from Lilo and Stitch, the duo were fully decked out in luau gear (with Betty in a grass skirt as well). While the dance wasn't as on time and as fluid as others, the judges were in love with White's commitment and enthusiasm. She earned a 32, featuring a 9 paddle. This was White's first score over 30 this season. This ended up being her favorite dance in the finale.
